Beat the Heat: Essential Oils + the Coolest Tips Ever

Uh oh, Australia...looks like another scorcher is heading our way! Even us Melbournians have to deal with those 35+ degree days sometimes. 😅 But no worries, I've got your back! Let's talk about how essential oils can help you stay chill (literally!) and safe through this heatwave.

Tip 1: Diffuse for a Refreshing Oasis 🌬️

  • Cooling Oils: Peppermint, eucalyptus, spearmint, and citrus blends are my faves. They create that "ahhh" feeling and give you a bit of a pick-me-up.
  • Bonus: My go-to diffuser combo is 3 drops peppermint + 2 drops eucalyptus. Give it a try!

Tip 2: DIY Cooling Body Mist OR Grab & Go! 💦

  • Recipe: Grab a small spray bottle and mix distilled water, a dash of aloe vera gel, a splash of witch hazel (optional), and a few drops of your fave cooling oils (lavender, chamomile, peppermint – just a little if you have sensitive skin). Shake it up before each spritz!
